Activity Description
The hike aims to walk through the forest and reach the mythical cave, Corycian Cave (Korykeion Andron).
It starts from a point on the main road in Livadi Arachova. The route follows a nice dirt road through a dense fir forest and leads straight to the cave.
The Corycian Cave (Korykeion Andron) is a cave of worship dedicated to the Nymphs and Pan. It is located at an altitude of about 1350m. west of the highest peak of Parnassus, in a location overlooking the Livadi plateau and the Corinthian Gulf in suitable conditions, about 20 km by road from Delphi.
