What is SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard)
The SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) is a popular sport in which you stand upright on a board and paddle. It does not have to blow, it is not particularly difficult and once you manage to balance the board the familiarity is a matter of minutes. That is, larger surfboards, where buoyancy outweighs the speed, or flexibility in the water, on which the surfer stands, or even kneeling (with a knee projection), and paddles with a single paddle adjusted to height of. In Hawaii it is called "Hoe he'e nalu".
SUP is a great way to express yourself and a great exercise. It is also something that fits 100% in Greece and in Greek weather because you can do it all year long. Take 1 hour to enjoy the Stand up Paddelboarding (SUP) experience as you discover the coastline and exercise your whole body.
