Adventurous Day sailing trip to Kalamo, Lefkada
Activity Description
We depart at 10:00 a.m. from Perigiali bay for the enchanting island of Kalamos on a daily basis.
We welcome you with fresh coffee and local delicacies , while the captain and the crew quide you around the boat and give safety and hygiene instructions.
Our cruise starts sailing around Madouri islet, the island of the poet Aristotelis Valaoritis, heading towards Scorpios island. We enjoy thw emerald ionian waters all the way, leaving behind the worries of everyday life. After half an hour we pass between Scoripios na Scorpidi islets an we go on.
We sail towards the lighthouse of Meganisi, Elia. The sunlight reflections together with the gulls quarrels create a magical scenery. We anchor at the bay where you can swim in the crystal-clear waters an enjoy sunbathing, while our crew are setting the table for the first meal. Greek appetizers accompanied by tsipouro will be ready for you to enjoy as soon as you get out of the water. Authentic Greek dishes cooked with fresh local ingredients according to traditional recipes will entice you to taste.
We sail for Kalamos. If the weather conditions are favourable we can open sails and enjoy sailing with the wind in the iconic blue of the Ionian sea. We arrive at Kalamos, at on for the most beautiful beaches of which, you will take your swim in emerald waters away from overcrowded places feeling relaxed and safe.
The crew will serve you the main meal including seafood with pasta and salads together with the local wine VERTZAMO. Greek music will accompany your meal.
The desert includes sweets and fruit and is served on our way back to Perigiali where we arrive at around 6:00 p.m.
