With an amazing underwater topography and very good visibility, diving around Antiparos has something for both the first-timer and the more experienced freediver.

There are two main elements of the course.

Knowledge Development: You will use your personal copy of the PADI freediving electronic manual to watch videos and answer questions regarding the course you are taking.
Shallow water skills: After completing the theory section, we head off into shallow water and complete a 90-second static and a 25 meter dynamic swim. While going through these, we will also cover buddy techniques. During the course, we will be covering stretching, breathing, equipment, and many other aspects associated with your introduction to freediving.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation 7 days or more prior to the agreed activity starting date. You are automatically reimbursed for the full activity price.
Cancellation between 3 and 7 days prior to the agreed activity starting date. You are entitled to a 50% reimbursement.
Cancellation 3 days or later are what we call last-minute cancellations. No reimbursements will be effected.

* If the activity is canceled by the activity provider (due to weather, non-completion of minimum entries, force majeure, etc.), the price of your activity, is refunded in full.
