Activity Description
Discover Scuba Diving
Specifically tailored for people with no previous scuba diving experience, this is not a course that leads to a diving certification but rather an introductory experience program.
The program has two options – one is DSD1 which lasts for 3 hours and includes theory, gearing up underwater skills, and a tour. It is performed from the shore. The other option is DSD2 which lasts approximately 5 hours, with theory, gearing up, and two dives with a boat (the first one with underwater skills and the second with fun dive) and introduces students to both the theoretical and practical aspects of scuba diving.
In the theoretical part, we explain the basics of diving and prepare the diving gear. Then, for the practical part, we go into the sea, in water shallow enough to stand and perform some basic skills to ensure a safe and enjoyable dive.
The first dive (in both, DSD1 and DSD2) is performed in water with a maximum depth of 6 meters.
The second dive (in the DSD2) is open water dive with a maximum depth of 12 meters, always under direct professional supervision.
Important information:
- Parent/guardian approval and signature if under 18.
- Good health condition.
- It is required to complete a medical questionnaire to ensure that you are able to participate in scuba diving activities.

Cancellation policy
- Cancellation 72 hours or more prior to the agreed activity starting date. You are automatically reimbursed for the full activity price.
- Cancellation between 24 hours and 72 hours prior to the agreed activity starting date. You are entitled to a 50% reimbursement
- Cancellation 24 hours or later are what we call last-minute cancellations. No reimbursements will be effected
* If the activity is canceled by the activity provider (due to weather, non-completion of minimum entries, force majeure, etc.), the price of your activity, is refunded in full.
