ICAN Canyoning Training Course-Elementary Level (School of Beginners) on 8, 9, 10 & 16/3

Come to a complete training program to discover the magical world of the gorges with safety and a smile!
Trekking Hellas Evia organizes a Beginner / Initiation level gorge school for those of you who want to get to know Canyoning even for the first time, but also for those who want to enhance their knowledge about climbing techniques, rope crossing techniques, the equipment, and safety rules.
Program :
- Friday 8/3, 19.00: Acquaintance & Theory
- Saturday 9/3: Field (practice), Athens, Attica
- Sunday 10/3: Practice in a canyon (no water)
- Saturday 16/3: Practice in a canyon (with water)
*The canyon where the practical training will take place will be announced during the school due to the changeable weather conditions.
The program includes ten (10) hours of theory in addition to practical training in the field and in the canyons.
Prerequisites:
- Average physical condition
- Knowledge of swimming.
The school will be based on the standards of the Organization ICAN world (International Center of Adventure & Nature).
Participants will receive a certificate upon completion of the course. In case the participants need the certificate of certification from the ICAN Organization, there will be an additional cost of 15 euros per person.
- Minimum number of participants: six (6) people
- Duration: four (4) days
Participation fee: 225 euros / person
- Registrations until Monday, March 4, 2024.
- Due to limited seating, a strictly first-come, first-served basis will be observed.
- Upon confirmation of your participation, you will receive the detailed program and teaching material.
Τerms of participation
* With the expression of interest, each participant is obliged to inform the organizer about any health problems and must have with him any medication that follows.
* The organizing company has the right to make changes to the planned activities, depending on weather conditions or other factors.
* The organizer reserves the right to exclude from the activity persons who do not comply with his instructions, who endanger the safety of themselves or the group and who in any way disturb the other participants.
* Minimum number of people 6. In case the minimum number is not completed, the school is canceled and the full amount of the advance is refunded.

Cancellation policy
- Cancellation 14 days or more prior to the agreed activity starting date. You are automatically reimbursed for the full activity price.
- Cancellation between 7 and 14 days prior to the agreed activity starting date. You are entitled to a 50% reimbursement.
- Cancellation 7 days or later are what we call last-minute cancellations. No reimbursements will be effected.
* If the activity is canceled by the activity provider (due to weather, non-completion of minimum entries, force majeure, etc.), the price of your activity, is refunded in full.

- It is a good idea to be at the meeting point on time, before the scheduled start time.
