Magic River
My passion for nature and horses, combined with the magic of the river Acheron, prompted me to work professionally in sports and sports in the area. I am Michalis Tsougaris and I operate the family alternative tourism business "magic River club" since 2005.
The river Acheron is suitable for all seasons with many activities for young and old.
An ideal destination for lovers of alternative tourism. You can take part in a range of sports activities such as horse riding, rafting, canoeing, and trampoline, but also notice nature or just enjoy your food or coffee by the river.
What is certain is that lovers of the species in the area, apart from the sport, have the opportunity to get to know in person rare beauty locations, to discover the hidden flavors of the river Acheron.
Activities offer contact with nature, exercise the whole body and raise adrenaline; you can navigate the river by doing:
- Rafting: This is the river descent with an inflatable boat that moves with oars.
- Canoe – Kayak: This is the river descent with a two-seater inflatable boat.
- Riding: Tour the river and various paths through the forest on obedient and well-trained horses.
