Activity Description
Sea Kayaking is the best way to explore the crystal clear waters of the Messinian Gulf while excersising your body at the same time. Among numerous choices, our certified guides will discuss the options available in order to stay sheltered in any given weather condition and organize a tour during which there will be time to relax on the beach, snorkel around the caves, enjoy local snacks and lunch. We will make sure you get the paddling equipment and brief you properly on sea kayaking techniques.
- A short theoretical lesson on sea kayaking techniques is included.
- We can design more demanding routes for experienced kayakers on request.
All suggested tours are suitable for beginners with enough time to rest and a comfortable pace. For more experienced sea kayakers we could form a group upon request.
Starting our trip exploring the picturesque small coastal village of Gerolimenas (which means Old Harbour) we paddle South along rocky gardens made out of stiff cliffs, pirates caves, and hidden beaches. We get the chance to admire the most outstanding towers of Mani with the highlight of Vatheia, the most spectacular village of Mani, with the megalithic towers and no human sign nowadays. An abandoned city, full of history.
During this trip, we will have enough time to rest, snorkel, sunbathe and enjoy our fruit snacks while visiting fishing villages with great beaches such as Gialia, Almiros, Kiparissos, and just before we start heading back north, we will enjoy a lunch break made out of local flavors.

- Cancellation 7 days or more prior to the agreed activity starting date. You are automatically reimbursed for the full activity price.
- Cancellation between 3 and 7 days prior to the agreed activity starting date. You are entitled to a 50% reimbursement.
- Cancellation 3 days or later are what we call last-minute cancellations. No reimbursements will be effected.
