Sea kayaking in Englesonisi (Chalkida)

Englesonisi is a large and uninhabited islet of the Northern Euboean gulf, opposite the beach of Drosia in Chalkida. It is a verdant little paradise island with crystal clear waters that invite you to dive in and feel like you are in an exotic destination! It has three sandy beaches, two in the eastern part and a large one that stretches from the eastern to the western part of the island and is an ideal destination for swimming. At the top of the island is the picturesque church of Agios Nikolaos of Neos.
An island with many names (Ktyponisi or Englesonisi or Gaidaros) and a rich history!
Our route will be circular and will include stops for swimming – photos and a short hike to admire the view from above, the church of Agios Nikolaos the New and the ruins of the Villa of the Famous English Archaeologist Francis Turville-Petre (Francis Turville-Petre) , hence one of the many names of the island.
In the forecourt of the Church with a view of the endless blue and the mountains of central and northern Evia we will enjoy our snack.
Conditions:
- You don't need to have previous experience.
- It is a route also suitable for children (12 years+).
- Knowledge of swimming.
- Restrictions: Each guest should not weigh more than 110 kg or be taller than 1.95 meters, in accordance with the instructions of the sea kayak manufacturer and for the safety of each participant.
