Activity Description
The word SUP is the origin of StandUp Paddleboarding. These are larger boards than those of the surf making the sport more accessible to beginners. The surfer stands upright, or kneeling and paddling with a single paddle that adjusts to his height. Balance and paddle harmoniously connected to a sport that can offer you good gym and unforgettable tours in the sea. Also ideal for families with children as no previous experience is required.
Tolo Watersports instructors will teach you the basic rowing techniques, how to turn, stop and stand up on your board but also to balance it more easily. Within an hour all the secrets of the sport will be learned and you will now be ready to rip the waters yourself safely.
