Activity Description
Via Ferrata routes have been created in Parnitha for a few years now. By the term Via Ferrata we mean a climbing route which is equipped with permanent materials such as wire ropes, metal steps, bridges, etc.
The path of Lagrota starts from the monastery of Kleiston which is located in an imposing position and an altitude of 600m. The Via Ferrata route takes you over the Goura gorge, with a breathtaking view from above. Our road, between oaks, firs and pines in a magical landscape. Nature captivates you and leads you on an incredible excursion just outside the center of Athens.
Our exciting Parnitha Via Ferrata program starts with a 40 minute or so walk to the entrance of the Lagrota route. The impressive landscape around us is completed by the start of our route in the ravine of the Goura gorge.
This activity will be unforgettable!
