2-day Excursion to the magical Aspropotamos

Riven trekking to the Gorge of "hallucinations" and to the waterfall of legends: "Athamania Strait and Demon's Waterfall".

Program:

Friday: Departure from Corinth at 16.00, Rio at 17.30, Ioannina at 19.30, Metsovo at 19.30 with destination to the valley of Aspropotamos and Athamania in the heart of Athamani. Arrival and settling in accommodation in the area.

Saturday: Breakfast and departure for the unknown "Stenos" gorge

Access is via a 3.5-hour moderate hike, and through the bed to the beautiful waterfall with many narrow passages and geological formations

• The total duration of the activity is 6-7 hours.
• Return to the hotel and visit only Timios Stavros in Doliano and the attractions in the area.

Sunday: Breakfast and departure for Ag. Paraskevi and the beautiful Demon's waterfall.

The approach is made by hiking for about 2 hours on an uphill path of moderate difficulty, bathing in the waterfall, and returning to the accommodation for departure, the duration of the activity is about 6 hours.

• On both days we will need a second pair of shoes for the passages in the bed and the canyon and a swimsuit.
• To the participants, we provide a walking stick, raincoat, helmet, light snack midway, and personal insurance.
• Individually, everyone must have the appropriate sports clothing, sturdy sports shoes, a small bag and water, and whatever else they individually need (shirt, towel, etc.).
• In case the weather conditions do not allow an excursion there is always an alternative program.
• The cost does not include overnight accommodation and food.
• For transportation with our 8-seater minivan, an extra charge of €30 per person.
