Canyoning in Vatos Gorge and sea
Activity Description
Do you want to go hiking and cross a gorge with many jumps?
Do you want to finish on a beautiful beach and enjoy swimming and return by boat?
Then come with us on the day trip to the gorge of Vatos. Our meeting is at Pachia Ammos beach and then we will go to the chapel of Panagia Krimiotissa. From there we will walk for about 1 hour until we reach the gorge. The route starts with some jumps in the beautiful lakes, followed by some information and basic training and immediately we start the descent of the beautiful gorge. This route has many jumps and swimming. After finishing the gorge we will walk one hour to the beach of Vatos. Where we will relax and enjoy the beautiful sea for about 2 hours. We return from the sea by boat.
(In case it has very strong wind, for the safety of the team, we return from a path).
The ideal route to get to know the enchanting southern part of Samothrace.
