The Kalamata kart track is located southeast of the city of Kalamata, between Kalamata and Messini, at the "Kokkini Ammos" location, right next to the sea, covering 35 acres.
The track was built in 1988 and is one of the country's oldest and most technical kart tracks. It has been constructed according to the safety specifications required by the International Karting Federation FMK and has hosted many races of the national ROTAX kart championship, the LUX KUP kart championship, as well as pan-European friendly kart races, motorcycle races, and car races.
It is the largest in Greece, with a length of 1,186 meters and a width of 12 meters. The track has a counterclockwise direction and consists of 9 turns, 3 right-hand and 6 left-hand turns. Specially designed pits area serves the needs of the track. The special nighttime lighting from high towers allows the track to operate 24/7.
In a separate elevated area, there is a modern 400 sqm Cafe-Bar-Restaurant and large covered terraces with panoramic views of every part of the track.
