This route is a true adventure that requires a 4X4 vehicle and takes about 6 to 8 hours, depending on weather conditions.

The vehicle that will accommodate you for these excursions is a Land Rover Discovery equipped with all the necessary off-road accessories.

Important information:

Starting from Nestorio and traveling parallel to the Aliakmonas River, we cross through the heart of the mountain range of Gramos. We pass through the area of Glykoneri and Pefko, reaching Myrovlieti and continuing towards the Sarantaporos Bridge. From there, we begin an uphill ascent towards Arena, arriving just below the summit of Epano Arrena.
At this point, you will discover a lush beech forest, hidden within this planted woodland, the alpine Drakolimni Moutsalia, located at an altitude of 1,750 meters. This experience is unique as you will enjoy the beauty of nature in one of the most impressive landscapes of the region.
Our excursion continues towards the ridge of Gramos, overlooking the picturesque village of Aetomilitsa. Then, we head towards the meadows of Kotyli, the National Reconciliation Park, and the imposing and historic elevation of Spanoura, also known as "Haros." Here, you will encounter a breathtaking gorge that will leave you in awe, offering an incredible view of the surrounding nature.
