Activity Description

This is a tour for horse-lovers and adventurous spirits! We start from the horseriding center at 9:00 am. Riding through olive groves and Cretan magnificent island with views to the sea and along little creeks and vineyards. After around 3 hours riding we reach the beach of Tavronitis where we rest under the trees. The sea is always inviting us for a swim in the clear water always refreshing. Swimming with a horse is also possible if you are experienced as well as riding along the beach. Then we enjoy light lunch at a local tavern by the beach (let us know if you have any special dietary needs). After approximately 2 hours rest, we head back following the river bed until we reach our Horseriding Center after around 3 hours riding.

Experience: Advanced (send us a message if you need further information).Guests that participate in the tour are aware of the risk of riding a horse in nature and or swimming with it. Participants are responsible to behave the proper way when around with horses respecting them and the other participants. Should more information concerning insurance is required please contact us.

What to Bring:

Long pants, boots or trainers, suncream, beach towel, back-pack, beach shoes-slippers.

Recommended:

Short or long sleeves shirts
Light color shirt
Bathing suit

Safety rules at our Riding Center

We provide safety helmets for children and adults.
We hold the necessary insurances needed to protect our visitors during the trips.
Wear proper shoes (closed training shoes or if you have boots) and long trousers.
In a group ride with your family or friends, the speed is always adapted to the least experienced rider.
When riding in a mixed group we match riding levels accordingly.
Our horses are well mannered and suitable for all riding levels available at our Center.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation 72 hours or more prior to the agreed activity starting date. You are automatically reimbursed for the full activity price.
Cancellation between 24 hours and 72 hours prior to the agreed activity starting date. You are entitled to a 50% reimbursement
Cancellation 24 hours or later are what we call last-minute cancellations. No reimbursements will be effected

* If the activity is canceled by the activity provider (due to weather, non-completion of minimum entries, force majeure, etc.), the price of your activity, is refunded in full.
